My name is Rob Willmoth. I have been playing chess for the last 35 years. I am a British Master, currently ranked in the top 1% in the country.

Chess, The Game of Kings, is the game that can offer many advantages over and above simply learning the moves. Chess is well known to enhance academic results, strategic thinking, problem solving, healthy competition and self-esteem if taught in a structured manner.

Each student is assessed for their chess knowledge and for their strengths and weaknesses. A training plan is tailored based on their ability. Regular assessment tracks student performance against their training plan and written feedback is provided to parents for younger students.

I reside in Mill Hill in Barnet, North London with my wife and my two wonderful children, aged 4 and 8.
